A simple rating will not help you. There are several things you can do to help here. One would be to make the lake quit tilting to the left; there are spirit levels you can attach to your camera that will let you make it perfectly level. The other thing is to use a polarizing filter to darken the sky and bring out the clouds. I hope this is helpful to you.
