Thanks for your strong endorsement of this image. I took about 30 different images at this location and I liked this one the best. Perhaps I will put it in the critique forum to get some feedback and ratings. As you know the forum is a very unpredictable place with so many people with a wide variety of tastes. Sometimes I think the number of people who view an image (as opposed to ratings) is a better indicator of how good an image is.

Verticals and horizontals in perfect harmony, Tony and insering a subject makes this a very original composition.. The person that gave you a 4/3 should read the rules of judging a picture.....

Being one of the most Photographed Falls in Jamaica......I have to say this is one of the most beautiful I have seen....love your processing on the water.......lovley colors, lighting.....a totally different 'mood' than most of the 'touristy postcardy' images of this falls.....congrats Tony!! sincerely, Gail

Amitai - glad you liked it.

Sumon - regards to you also.

Dr. Didi - thanks for the visit.

Keith - I was lucky that this guy went there - the moment was fleeting.

Lester - glad you liked it.

Bobby - thanks for the frequesnt visits.

Armindo - water was refreshing since it was very hot out of the water.

Fabrizo - glad you liked it.

Dimitris - thanks for your triple visit and your extreme generosity.

Mehmet - regards to you also.

El glad you liked the magical aspect.

Mr. Ade - I also liked the human aspect to the image.

Gail - thanks for your insightful comments and support of this image. I hate tours with set times and that is what I had to work with. The time was limited and the sun was harsh at midday with terrible shadows - the worse time for images. I took many images simply because I was there and not sure when the next opportunity would be. I shot away and the sun dipped behind a cloud briefly and this fellow showed up - I grabbed it and 'gave thanks'. sincerely,

Highest points from here, dear Tony. I like the way, the color of his shorts chime in with the rocks, and the shirt with the water. Excellent capture. Regards Hasan
