I love the way you got the light to fall on her.

Very nice. There is only one little thing that bothers me about this portrait. That is that one eye is fairly open and the other is fairly shut.

If they were both the same I would be saying Wonderful. Kevin

I like this .. its simple, evocative. I second Kevin's comment.... though I think the one eye open but is cast too deep in shadow thus it's appearance of being shut.

beautiful lighting and posing. However, something about the model's lips bothers me, and that really ruins what is otherwise a superb photo. Also, I'll echo kevin with her eyes.

Kevin.if you look at her eyelids,they are even straight across,both open.the right one however is completely cast in shadow,my only contention with this photo.gorgeous model by the way.

...shadows from nose and especially leaps would be less deep.

Beautiful. Very striking picture. Lovely lighting, good composition. Nitpicks - I agree with Pavel that the deep nose and lip shadows could do with a tiny bit of fill lighting. And the perspective makes the front arm too big in relation to the face - maybe shoot from a little further away with a slighlty longer lens?

Love the lighting, but her left eye, (our right) almost looks bruised.

Great shot ! Disagree about the lips I think they are sensuous, Did you also try a shot with her looking at the camera ? I think it would be a very striking pose. Beautiful model so we need to see her eyes. By the way Rob you rated my "The Absent Friend" 1-1 .maybe you would have given me 2-2 if it was in Black and White !!
