I like the intensity of the subject but the background over the model's left shoulder looks a little blown out. I would also try cropping out the building to see it it improves the composition.

Good suggestions. Yeah, it was blown out (shot in the harshest of sun with no filter on me lens. I left the building in cause I liked the two windows and my models two eye - thought there was some kind of haunting feel to it, but I am sometimes crazy...I will crop it and see if i like.
