cyberfoto 0 Posted July 22, 2009 Ok this stone house is from the 1840'-1850's. Nobody has lived in it for years. Its just up the road from me. I liked the original color image but going over the presets in lightroom like I do for a lot of images, the aged photo preset gave this image to me a better feel for the stone house given the age of the house and all Link to comment
beartooth1 0 Posted July 23, 2009 I'm a fan of old structures and shoot a lot of them...So I'll give the what I would have done speech... I like low and wide and you're there other than moving to the right a bit more to show more of the front of the house...and the blown sky bothers me...a couple of things to correct this (1) light Gradient before the preset in LR, that's the easiest and most effective.. (2) replacement sky.. my preferred solution. Also a little more sky in the comp. Congrats on a great find... Link to comment
