Larry_G1664882113 15 Posted July 14, 2009 Glaciar Perito Moreno is one of the largest glaciers in the world that are still growing. It is called a complex glaciers because there are four glaciers that converge together. This image shows this as the glaciers in the mountains in the background join with the larger Perito Moreno. Although not the most dramatic image, for a wide angle view, this shot does show a lot of detail and texture in the ice. Link to comment

ogaraimages 0 Posted February 10, 2012 I love this series Larry. Your right, a lot of the texture does come out and I love the deep blues against the dark mountain. It almost looks like ocean waves. Link to comment
Larry_G1664882113 15 Posted May 19, 2013 Chris, Thanks for your visit and comment. I call this ice converging because four glaciers actually converge to form the huge Glaciar Perito Moreno. Larry Link to comment
Larry_G1664882113 15 Posted September 15, 2013 Tony, Thanks. Fabulous in a fabulous location; I've not seen nature that surpasses Patagonia. It's a photographer's paradise. Larry Link to comment
