suspendedmoments 0 Posted July 7, 2009 I have to say that I'm so glad to see this sophisticated handling of the human form... overall, photo.net is taking a bad turn in this category I'm sad to say... this is wonderfully composed and presented simply beautiful... treatment, subject, composition, light, all masterful! Thank you for sharing your wonderful abilities Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted July 7, 2009 The flow of the movement is up, and the downcast eyes and extended arm serve as an effective counterpoint. Your treatment with pinks shading to mauves and soft golds has really made the picture. It's possible to soften the shadows on the cheek just below the eye and the tendons on the back of the right hand, since you eliminate detail elsewhere; the issue is whether you wish to show femininity in a general sense, or to produce a very charming portrait. linda carlson 0 Posted July 7, 2009 Thanks Charles, I appreciate your insightful comments. Sometimes we get so close to our work, it helps to look at it through another's more objective eyes. Linda Link to comment
dave_hunter 0 Posted July 8, 2009 This is an incredible image! I seldom comment, but I liked this one so much, I had to. Your model is incredibly beautiful, and the shot taken so masterfully, I am left breathless! It is well balanced with beautiful colours. Link to comment
kallol 1 Posted July 8, 2009 Excellent picture. Beautifully taken. Nicely presented. So lovely. Beautiful composition. The hand forms a diagonal to the frame and the eyes just drag us towards it with that diagonal line. The presentation is so cool. Lovely photo. Link to comment

wogears 186 Posted July 11, 2009 Page FIVE on the TRPSE (All/Past Week/Aesthetics) and we finally get to a damn blonde. Yeesh. What is the world coming to when Gooshy Bugs® are considered more aesthetic than blondes?I love the style you've chosen here. A little 'painterly' but clearly a photograph. She gave you a great pose--the eyes, the hands and the crossed thighs. The magenta drapery adds just the right color contrast. Link to comment
andretorres 0 Posted July 13, 2009 Added it to my favorite photos. A beautiful watercolour like nude. The red gauze is a real stroke of genius. Link to comment
