I don't often go off on one but, who ever gave you a 4 for this image is an idiot. Not only did they give you a 4, they did even have the time to comment. \ingore the 4 there is no way on earth this is worth a 4.

 

7/7 it is a lovely image.

Good, vibrant colours. The wings are not crisp; is this an enlarged part of a bigger photo? However, the moment has been well-captured. It must be difficult with butterflies given all the movement involved. Good control of DOF. Wishes.

Thank you friends for all your comments and feedback. Jon I agree with you if the 3,4 givers kindly leave their comment, one can try to improve.

 

@ Samrat the greater part of my photography experience is with a film camera and I have shifted to a digital camera very recently. And that is why most of my images have the frame as I have captured them. At times I repent later for not taking a bit more in the frame. So the lack of details in the wings is not a case of enlargement. The focus is on the body of the butterfly and the flower - both have the same colour - which actually attracted my attention.
