Elegant tern shake

Monte...when I first saw this photo it was early in the morning after I had just gotten up and I found myself rubbing my eyes and saying to myself "wake up!" That's an incredible capture of something I've never seen before! I live on the water and I have terns around here all the time and I've never seen this!! Nice photo technique too!!

We have lots of diving terns at Bolsa Chica and after they emerge from their dives they always shake off the water. I guess if they are wet it slows them down.

Really elegant and excellent photo, 10/10.
