godfather 0 Posted June 19, 2009 Beautiful abstract. As a matter of fact it gave me a deja vu. I recently saw something like this on Mario Lopez's portfolio. Not the patterns but the colors are much alike. It's quite funky image actually. Cheers. Link to comment
alberta_pizzolato 21 Posted June 20, 2009 I have visions of you venturing out into the streets with construction equipment and paint to manufacture these settings. Unbelievable how you "find" this stuff. It's there. It's all around us. Not many of us see it. Fewer yet photograph it - and so well. Cheers, Alberta Link to comment
laurent_jaussi 0 Posted June 20, 2009 parking art deco...to me it feels both funny and aesthetic..a kind of modern art piece that gives the viewer both someting serious and fun (even sarcasticif I dare)...often I observed modern art is either attractive or repulsive if I look at commmon people's reaction (I belong to this group)...here it seems to express both "aesthetic" and "don't take me seriously"...I guess just like any image that leaves space to the viewer, the later can project his own kind of feeling...looking further it reminds me of Easter Island statues...a pop version... Jack McRitchie 150 Posted June 20, 2009 Thanks for the comments. Yeah, it's all out there, sitting in the tangent world next door - one that's never heard of categories or labels and wouldn't know a rational explanation if one dropped on its head. It's a nice place to while away a couple of hours. The problem - always - is finding the entryway which sits hidden behind our expectations. Link to comment
Emmanuel Enyinwa 0 Posted June 20, 2009 Nicely seen, Jack. The colors and patterns work so well in harmony. Link to comment
