LenMarriott 9 Posted June 10, 2009 Good (and accurate) guess! One of those HCB moments; take it at the current camera settings or forget it. ISO was set for 800 but I'd rather put up with the noise than miss the moment. Best, LM Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted June 23, 2009 Your visists are always appreciated. Decisive moment! Where the taste buds meet the popsicle! Some relief from the summer's heat. Best, LM Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted June 25, 2009 This is a wonderful moment, The nois does not disturb to enjoy the successful result.. I love what he is enjoying too .... and I like his look, to you with the camera probably....;-)) Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted June 25, 2009 Thanks for your interest & comments. I shudder to think what his 2 yr. old mind was thinking. Probably something unkind as I've always got a camera shoved in his face. Yes, the moment is more important than the noise. However, if I only had a top end Canon or Nikon, I wouldn't have to worry about that technicality. :-) Best, LM. Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted June 28, 2009 Your comments\critiques will be gratefully received. Any reference to HCB's 'Decisive Moment' will get you on my Christmas Card list. Best, LM. Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted June 29, 2009 Thank you so much Jeff. Much improved. If I had your secret ingredient perhaps I wouldn't need a more sophisticated camera. How did you accomplish that? PS solution or another program? Best, LM. Link to comment
jeff.grant 0 Posted June 29, 2009 Len, I used Neatimage http://www.neatimage.com/ I believe that the latest versions of ACR have noise reduction but I haven't tried them. I bought Neatimage years ago but rarely need noise reduction software. Link to comment
