Hello Jorg, Yes, it definitely conveys a feeling of depression...powerlessness and helplessness...very well depicted. Nice light and details...an artistic interpretation. I especially like the eyes in the bottom half...as if there is someone overseeing the event, maybe someone watching over...the protector maybe...very well done...:)

Is this a composit of more than pne photo? I ask because it would seem part is 3d and part is 2d. Very interesting combination. The carving seems to have emotion. I'd have to admit, I do not understand it but I find it eye catching. Well done
