mauroni 0 Posted May 8, 2009 What a weird coincidence. I rated one hours ago, as anonymous this nice pic with 6/6 and, when I've gone back to my workspace I found a comment of yours to one of my pics. Thanks and compliments for this. Go to visit your portfolio Mauro PS: the metaphor is clear as far as you want to communicate the same message I understand. ;-) Link to comment
elportebonheur 0 Posted May 8, 2009 For me from the scenery and technical pov - excellent. My taste. The deeper meaning of your title choice I still have to sort out. Link to comment
fabrizio_r 0 Posted May 8, 2009 Great composition and excellent high contrast b/w, well done Hayder! Ciao Fabrizio Link to comment
Art X Photography 1 Posted May 8, 2009 nice image Hayder. your p/p treatment here is very good, high key tones against the darker shades (good saturation). the whole thing offers a 'vintage' feel to it.your composition is also very good with the dual reflection of people's lives. Given the p/p work here, i would have like more in the frame (street scene). I think that although you have established the scene your choice of p/p would be better viewed in a panoramic style rather than being cropped so much IMHO Link to comment
o.bilge 0 Posted May 8, 2009 When a leaf falls down; someone comes and gets to put it somewhere.. Developed countries' people don't have time to turn the face to look at him.. And here you got a great street picture; and by coincidence someone lies down at a corner; by not having any intention to capture that man at corner(!). I wondered the weather conditions; if it was colored, maybe I could guess.. I think it is a cold day... So let me say as everyone do "How great picture this is..".. OB Link to comment
