brad palmer 0 Posted December 12, 2002 Used a scanner that had marks on the glass, wish yall could see the actual photo itself. Link to comment
ed weinstein 0 Posted December 13, 2002 great expression on the dog. i like the framing; the solidity of the dog works well centered - a good exception to the rule of thirds. the weakness that i see is lack of contrast between the grass and the dog. a green filter to darken the grass or magenta or sepia (if the dog is medium tan as i imagine him) to darken the dog would help. ed weinstein Link to comment
brad palmer 0 Posted December 13, 2002 Totally agree! I am not that familiar with all the different lenses as of yet but given time I hope to have more experience. I am going to rescan this photo and hopefully this other scanner will prove to work better. Thanks!! Link to comment
robbie_hochreiter 0 Posted December 17, 2002 Too much background, the dog gets lost in all that space. Link to comment
