GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted May 11, 2009 Thankyou for taking the time to view this 'little cabin' and for your kind and inspiring words......it was nice to see such a quaint little piece of history. It was one of the best 'well' kept places in a rural area...where most places were starting to look very sad....at least the older ones....and folks are still living in them. ...circumstances must be difficult though....they are so run down.....on a Cheerier note...thanks for taking the time to visit and critique. Now Mother's Day is over, I can get back on track! Cheers, Gail Link to comment
jayanti 0 Posted May 12, 2009 This is a picturesque image with the broken fence and bare branches providing structures to hold it in a frame. I have also noticed the small yellow flowers behind the fence. Its points of merit are the subdued tones, and the composition. The flatness of the blue door disturbs me just a little little bit; I mention it only because it is so emotionally attractive. All the best. Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted May 13, 2009 Thankyou for your comments Jayantu....are you meaning I should increase the light in levels????? it was a thought of mine for quite a bit....thought it may make it more alive....?....Gail Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted May 28, 2009 Thankyou very much Neil for your time and encouraging critique.......was a time not too long ago.....if this place was near Canmore, Ray probably could have gotten well over 500g for it.....times they do change!!! Thanks again Neil. Stay safe in those Mountains!! Link to comment

alfbailey 4 Posted May 2, 2012 I drooled over this image several times before I eventually clicked on it. (It was featured on the moving gallery at the home page of PN) and found out it was one of yours. Its a beauty, I really like that higgledy piggledy fence, makes me want to be there! Very well done Gail!Warm RegardsAlf Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted October 6, 2012 So sorry I did not see this comment earlier Alf. It was a cute little place. It made me feel like walking right in, lighting a lantern, and cosying up to a fire with a good book. The fence is quaint and does really add to the country charm. Link to comment
