I like this photo. Nice idea, nice shooting position. Those powerlines are bit distracting as well as tones on her dress (looks plastic and overprocessed).

Thanks for your response.. I did get rid of some power lines already (ones right above her). I had debated about the others and thought well she is on a road so it might add something to it. apparently not.. anyhow.. I got rid of them in my edit and changed the tone in dress (even though I kinda like the plastic look :) It was kind of plastic looking in the original photo pre edit.. but i'm sure my extra editing made it even more so.. anyhow i've attached the next edit
