lucyhollis 2 Posted April 27, 2009 In the late 1890's, construction was nearing completion on this gothic- esque church, when a fire gutted the Cathedral. Among other problems, funds were diverted from this church to rebuild the cathedral, and ever since, it has stood above the Town of St George as a ruin. It is now a Bermuda National Trust Property. Any comments are welcome and appreciated. Thanks, Lucy Link to comment
jaustin 0 Posted April 28, 2009 Lucy, I am inspired. The lighting on this is other-worldly. You make me want to grab my tripod and go sit out all night for just the right moment. I love the smoothness of the clouds and the sharp clearity of the stars. Thank you for sharing the history of the church. Link to comment
