nice soft lighting, sharp image

Pretty girl - Nice expression - Good focus on her eyes - Good catch lights (odd reflection vertically across her irises?) - Nice make-up - Good composition for a horizontal picture (she is looking into the picture nicely).

 

I'm not too fond of green for a background (It usually does not go well with human coloring - you have picked up some green in the highlights on her face) - Whatever is behind her hair in the lower right corner of the picture (reddish and a white blur) is distracting - I would soften the area under her eyes to get rid of the lines - I'm not sure cropping into her head that much makes for the best composition.
