jkilgo 0 Posted April 23, 2009 El, This is a very good portrait...other than what it represents for you personally, it is technically and aesthetically very appealing. To start the low camera angle adds prominence to his pose and stature. I really like portraits shot using short side lighting...this technique really adds character and depth to the image and helps define the person....the natural sun light here is great...wonderful highlights. I think finally the composition is really strong and having him only patially in the frame like this is perfect. Nicely exposed and nice PPing...this is already I'm sure a treasured heirloom. luisma 0 Posted April 23, 2009 Una de las magias, que tiene muchas, de la fotografía es que trasmita una historia. Una historia del fotográfo o una historia de los protagonistas de la fotografía. Una de las cosas que me gustan de tus fotos son esas historias que imagino al verlas. En esta en concreto imagino la historia de una vida, llena de recuerdos, es como si esa mirada fuera una mirada al pasado, como si clavada en algo que no podemos ver, estuviera viendo su pasado, su vida.
