The gate of Alcala

I know that having the subject right in the middle of the frame

makes it kinda boring. When I took this shot I was driven by the

effect caused by the clouds at the top and the dark area at the

bottom (asphalt, really) which I thought "framed" the subject

differently.

What do you think?

Would other type of cropping had worked better?

I would have to say you took an outstanding photo

good color, clean and has very nice detail.

The only thing I would do would be to crop the

right side of the photo where the tree in the back ground is sticking up. Also the lower part

of the photo to where the black just about meets

the grass. That would bring more focus on the

building.

All in all this is a very good shot!
