suspendedmoments 0 Posted April 20, 2009 I removed another version of this shot and am providing this one as the source image was requested. And here it is... thank you for your time and also past suggestions. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted April 22, 2009 Frederick, I really love the mood you have created with this beautiful girl. I don't even mind the splash of light falling across her arm, but I just am having trouble with her looking out of the picture instead of into it. Maybe is has just been ingrained in me for so long I can't help but see it in a photograph and know it must be wrong. I know the chair balances her being on the right side of the image. I want her to be looking out the window. I don't want her to turn her head and look back into the room. I want to find something about this picture that I have missed, something about it I don't think was done correctly, something about it that I don't like. Maybe tomorrow? I guess I will just have to come to the conclusion that there will exist exceptions to the rule. This is one of them. This picture works. This is a photograph that I would hang in my library. Well done, Frederick, Mark Link to comment

deb1 0 Posted April 25, 2009 Once again you have taken this setting and made an image to remember! The shade drawn blocks out the world behind her and the window with no shade opens the world up to her. The chair is almost supporting her but not really. She seems on the verge of making a choice with her body language and expression. Wonderful Fred, simply wonderful! deb Link to comment
