Guest Guest Posted August 1, 2009 I like the idea of the high contrast and I love his expression. His eyes tell a story while the perspective you've shot from adds to that story and personalizes it. For this type of shot, it feels like you took the high levels too far, so that you've lost all sense of texture. I think you could have preserved the feel of fur and still had a high contrast image, especially since you had room to go darker on the darks and still achieve a glow of the whites without blowing them out completely. Still, a nice portrait, expressive and with depth. Link to comment
