i agree. no story here. plus bad lighting and post production work (or was it just a bad shot).

I like humans. I think photography can be the recording of regular people and not just air brushed models. I wish there was not so much grain, but then I'm guessing you don't have the $$$$ for studio lighting and did the best with what you have. That being said a little brighter light might let you drop your iso a little. Thank you for shooting and please keep shooting. I would consider a more interesting back ground. The solid white implies a studio setting, and is a little incongruent with the grain and pedestrian shadows. I find my self looking at the shadows too much and think if there was more going on in the background the shadows would not stand out as much.

Thank you very much for your comments. This picture is not intended to be an aesthetic studio composition. First of all, the posing nude couple had to keep this pose during 15 minutes, a rather difficult thing to do. Secondly, the lighting was minimal and could not be increased (artificial light), therefore no choice in the iso settings and flat image. To me, nude photography should not be restricted to sophisticated poses but could also show fresh natural beauty in a “natural” setting, and I liked this picture. I don’t know their secret story, but there is obviously one..

I like it too - so natural, intimate and the woman has a warm look. I do not look at the picture from a perspective of meeting technical standards, but the emotion and interest it provokes. It gave me a smile! regards

I think this photo's beauty is its reality, and simplicity, its honesty. I don't understand why people need to know a story behind it. What i think they should do is try to interpret it, see what it makes them feel.  To me this photo says so much, they are together in a journey supporting themselves and sharing love. The starkish light which shines on them leaves no darkness and this, added to their nudity, is a testament to a bare, secretless, pure reality, which I think is a rare find in nude photography nowadays. Also, the models are not in possession of some superiorly trimmed figure which underlines the truth element. BRAVO!!!!
