t37traveler 0 Posted April 2, 2009 Linda- I LOVE this piece.... I can't even begin to imagine how you created it. The graphic aspect is astounding - as I scuba diver one of the first things I noticed was the circle of light and the deepening color as you leave the "sun circle" both horizontally and vertically as you descend. The fish repeated in the inset is lightens the composition and adds interest. It also creates an element of visual surprise that really makes this piece intriguing, balanced, and very original. Straight into my favorites this one goes... WOW Link to comment

ldavidson 4 Posted April 3, 2009 Leslie, thank you very much, I am glad you like it. Fabrizio, thank you for commenting. Sandra, thank you so much for your thoughtful comments and your support! I get an idea involving certain elements, and then experiment and dabble around and eventually something evolves. The circle effect was discovered by accident while fooling around in Photoshop late at night. I created a graduated fill circle in Corel Draw, and imported it. Sometimes these things work and sometimes they don't. I was pleased with how this one turned out. Sumon, I am glad to hear you like this one. It's good to hear from you. All the best. Alexander, thank you very much. Glenn, thank you for looking and commenting. I really appreciate it. Milena, thank you. If you read my comment to Sandra I explained to her how I came up with it. Best regards. Pierre, thank you so much. That is quite a compliment coming from you. As I said above to Sandra this is a result of experimentation. Photoshop is great tool for artists. All the best. Dr. Didi, thank you for the kind words. Cynthia Jean, you are right! I didn't see that thumbprint until you mentioned it. Thank you and all the best. Link to comment
