Nice composition

When I saw the dogwood, I thought you might be from the southeast of USA. Usually the dogwoods are blooming in Virginia by now but we have had a late spring this year. Thank you for your recent comments on my photo, "Weeping Fish Tree," which led me to view your entire portfolio. Of course, this image caught my eye because of the beauty of the dogwood blossoms which are crisp and focused, then elevated to be served on a golden platter. The only suggestion IMHO is to clone out the dogwood branch and crop closer to the blossoms which would elevate the photo to another level of artistic composition; however, this is still very beautifully done and tribute to our state tree. This is very well seen and beautifully composed. As beautiful as the flowers may be, their beauty is highlighted very effectively by the golden, textured background.
