I like the processing and light quality.

The mask of the face has great texture and quality.

One suggest that I think would make this image stronger is to recrop it. 1) In a way that doesn't have an eye perfect centered in the frame. More what space may add to the effect. 2) The diagonal dark area at top right is distracting. It looks like a photo-corner that is cutting through the image. Perhaps show more of her hair or crop in tighter to eliminate it altogether and focus only on the face.
