pietje 0 Posted March 23, 2009 Hi El .... The small world is great. It would be very pleasing for me to be able to walk one day with you ... and try to percept the way you look. To see all these little fact of everyday's life ... I would permanently smash my nose against everything one can smah in a city. Not only see them, bur also percept them in their context before it's too late. I allready told you I envy your gift to be able to talk with these simple nearly unprocessed images ... wonderful. That sayed, I have to admit I prefer the tone you use in most of your BW's, becuse it creates just a little bit more contrast and nuances in the light. Keep flying trough the city, unseen like a little bird, capturing human's heart. Ciao, ... Piet Link to comment
carlwakefield 0 Posted March 23, 2009 Super shot again, but I think it was more one of the heavy Saturdays nights. You should really get all your black and whites in the of life in the city in the same collection and then in a book. Great stuff Regards Carl Link to comment
rlopezmoral 1 Posted March 23, 2009 Una hermosa composición callejera ... unos tonos adorables. Saludos. Link to comment
norway 0 Posted March 23, 2009 El. Con un cuidado encuadre, nos muestras esta escena cotidiana de esos barrios tan autenticos que en todas las ciudades tenemos, y que ignoramos. Abrazo, y Max, Joaquin. Link to comment
soniam 6 Posted March 23, 2009 I love the story and emotion. I've had a Sunday or two like that. The inclusion of the clothes line is brilliant. Wonderful choice for B&W Link to comment
charles_mifsud 0 Posted March 23, 2009 Lovely Mood......the idle balcony and the hanging clothes all lead to the person in what is a wasteful afternoon....and it would have been so had not an artist El Porte-Bonheur not captured an insignificant moment in life and turned it into an eternal bliss Compliments 7/7 Sorry I could not rate it so due to this stupid pn system Link to comment

laurent-paul 1 Posted March 24, 2009 A very strong photo ! The position of the woman, all the drying clothes and the fact that the door on the left looks exactly like the door of a jail is actually reminding us that the postition of women in our societies is not only a sunday's problem. cherlyn 1 Posted March 24, 2009 A day that looks mundane, a laundry day. Well composed with the line of laundry, windows & that lone person standing there, his clothes line co-incide with the window lines Link to comment

wieslawmamon 0 Posted March 24, 2009 Very well balanced composition. The natural patterns, especially the vertical and horizontal stripes, give the impression of stability and order to the scene. A seemingly boring part of everyday life but told in an interesting way. Thank you El, best regards -wm Link to comment
