Powerful picture :) I like it. You do have a black dot up in the right corner. You should probably remove it.

I like that the man is so blurry, makes it look like he's rushing home before the rain starts.

I can only agree with the previous critique: a powerful image indeed. The satellite dish on the wall somehow makes it all even more poignant.
