"It was a cold and windy day....." What a cute little puff ball!! This photo has a tremendous amount of charm. The squinted eyes make him lapper as if he's just awakened - or just about to fall asleep. You really captured a moment. Nice work aesthetically and technically. Lovely, understated background with just a touch of warm reddish peach tones really highlights the bird's cool tones. Soft, gentle colors, simple composition + technical excellence = excellent photo. I'm dreaming of a 500mm lens (still only in the dreaming stage, which progresses to the drooling stage in camera shops). How far away were you when you took this?
