Pietro... This is the Photo of the Day for me and I've come back to it several times. There is a certain magnetic energy in that gaze. Because I've looked at this several times I've noted a slight softness that I think you can improve to make this even more dramatic. I hope you don't mind, I've attached an example of my thoughts.
