jcfretz 0 Posted February 26, 2009 I thought that this photo screamed to be viewed in black and white, but as it turned out, I think I actually preferred the color version more (which can be viewed in My Portfolio. I'm not as comfortable post-processing in b&w as I would like, and this shot may reflect that. There's a lot I need to learn, and I look forward to reading the wisdom and critiques of others. mark_starr 0 Posted February 26, 2009 I think it looks great as a b&w, and that you did a good job converting it. It is difficult to get a wider tonal range in direct, bright light like this. Trying the same shot on an overcast day can really widen the range - its like having a giant softbox. Nice job- Mark Link to comment
