Bite Sized Snack

Ok this situation was a complete surprise I was out at night shootingand came across this little guy hunting. I didn't know I waswitnessing a hunt until he'd already snapped up his prey, a poorlittle puffer.

Once he snapped it up i started firing away what do you think? I knowmost of the time the sharpest focus is preferred on the eye but in asituation like this would it be better on the food? And hows the cropjob?
