scenic Ocean in the sky

Do you think the sun is too blown out? I've considered messing with

the color, but I'm trying to stay away from that when not nessecary.

The sun doesn't look too blown out. The clouds help to diffuse it.

 

Great title. I didn't appreciate the clouds' texture until I saw the title, and then it hit me -- Oh, yeah, that's just like foam on the top of little waves...

At first glance I thought that the sun was not actually in the frame but just below the horizon. Bothers me not if it's there and we cannot make out it's disk. The picture still works for me.

if there is a way to make this shot better i don't know what it is. maybe more color in the sky, but the steely blue works too.
