I have been photographing Fall colors for a few years and this is a special scene for me. I was a little surprised that the first rating was a 4/3 but we all have different tastes and what constitutes a poor image vs a good one. This is one terrific image. You could get two square crop images from the extreme left and the extreme right that will stand in their own as well (maybe even stronger compositionally). Well done! Cheers, J

Personally I think the image speaks for itself and the resulting mood is more important than the technical side of it. (even if it's technically done so well).

After all, it is about appealing to the soul of the image what separates art from the rest of any communication form. Cheers!
