jerrymat 5 Posted January 27, 2009 Very nice tonality and color! I like the pose and the just slight texture in the hair that is hit by light. A problem is that the far eye almost shows but not quite. This is a version of the classic error called a "split profile." Such things are discussed in Mortensen and Dunham How to Pose the Model 1956 which can still be found in used book sources. It occurs to me that if you had moved slightly left with the camera you would have eliminated the far eye and could also have included more of the cracked plaster lower right in the window image. joe baker pine bush ny 0 Posted January 28, 2009 she appears very relaxed and comfortable. i find the pose to be very posed and not a natural state, a bit to angelic. but i know very little about people photography. the lighting and skin tones are very,very nice. eyecatching. Link to comment
