Color correction

With some critiques on an earlier post, here is the corrected version.

The snow was to purple in the original so just getting your advice.

I don't know about the first one but this is a beautiful image. Great composition and nice soft colors 6/6. Like I said to someone: if you don't have something good to say, don't say anything. If I see a picture I don't like, I just don't say anything. I guess a lot of people has to learn this. Best regards, I. Feliciano.

Justin, this is a beautiful image. I have looked at it several times today and just now compared the two versions. I prefer the white snow. They are both very nice, but this one IMO is the better of the two.

Thanks for all the comments. Just a little history about the location... Just behind the house and trees is a sleepy little town of Arco, Idaho. It was the first town lit by nuclear power in the world. (July 17, 1955) The community is still there in the background and two main roads intersect in the middle, but if you get the angle just right you can see into the past when this old house was one of the only few out there. JP

I want to tell you how this photo just caught my attention when I went to the critique section tonight! Every now and then a photo grabs attention, and this is certainly one of them for me. I haven't even tried to see your earlier presentation, but this one is outstanding. Somehow I can feel as though I am there. Wow.... it's a powerful photo. I congratulate you on shooting it. I'm sure you will never forget the moment. You caught perfect lighting, and oh what a scenic shot... I consider this one of the nicest photos I've seen in a long time.
