buck_rogers1 0 Posted November 6, 2002 This is my first attempt at Bridal portraiture. This was shot as the sun was setting and reflecting off of a pond at the bottom of the staircase. What are your thoughts on the lighting, composition, exposure? More important--what are your suggestions for improvement? Link to comment
kevin_kolosky 2 Posted November 6, 2002 Too low of a camera angle, and I would not have blocked the gown in front as you did here. Hands could have been more gracefully posed as well. Link to comment
tpaul 0 Posted November 6, 2002 Not Bad! I do agree that the camera should have been a little higher. The dress seems a litle hot. If there was any detail it the dress it is hard to see. Watch your exposure especially with strong light and that white dress. Did you get any with her backlit? With the proper fill that can be a nice effect. Link to comment
hudsonphotos 0 Posted November 6, 2002 I can't see her pulips... only whites, which looks bizarre. Try having your brides swing a hip out to give their body a curve; not just a straight line. Link to comment
