Very nice photo. However, I think the face of the young monk could be burned a bit to bring out the detail - especially the forehead area. You might also consider cropping out the partial figure at frame right.

The face on the old monk and the full figure to the right are perfectly exposed and outstanding.

excellent idea.. but the main boy's head (2nd person from the left) is unfortunately not perfectly isolated.. a little unlucky situation.. great idea!
