Working

A critique, please. Any ideas or thoughts very welcome.

For me the red BG gives too much attention from the rest of the image, mainly because the lines there aren't straight for the framing. And that comes from the fact that i presume that this image should be about the woman worker, not the wall behind her.

But i have to admit that there is something that fashinates me that much that i had to click on it. So in the end, i like it.
