blairhall 0 Posted November 24, 2008 I really like this shot... I'm one of a not-so-large number that like the tilted perspective shots. I think the what I would change is the color balancing,contrast and sharpening. The tablecloth looks a little on the cool side, so I would have white balanced in Camera Raw using the tablecloth as a reference. The colors of the flowers are a little flat so maybe some curves in Photoshop could fix that and the contrast of the whole image as well. Finally, a little bit of sharpening (in my opinion) would help punch the image up a bit. Like I said though, it's my opinion and everyone's personal taste may vary!Ok, I just downloaded your image and opened it in Camera Raw... just doing a custom white balance setting off of the tablecloth achieved just about everything I had mentioned, minus the sharpening. I then sharpened it in PS and I wasn't as excited about that as I was about the wb correction... but maybe that's just me.Anyhoo... I still like the image! Thanks! Link to comment
