I like the shot on the left, the one on the right is not working for me, i think its the backdrop thats bothering me a bit, and when you are putting them up next to each other like this make sure the pictures are the same size, the one on the right s a bit shorter. In general good work though, keep it up.

Very good work by perfect lighting but her pose and look at right half is not good as left
