As a portrait I like it, as a fashion shot I would probably have done some more post processing, dark lines under eyes, minor skin issues etc. also, for a fashion shot it doesn't have very much clothes or other fashion items. Sorry if this is a bit harsh, I'm just passing on what has been told to me. Keep up the shooting!

A lot of expression here, the model truly communicates with the viewer ..

hmm, I know how difficult it is to get detail in richly dark hair such as this ... still a very nice portrait however ..
