soniam 6 Posted November 10, 2008 Not sure if perhaps I should have cropped the top off, closer to her face. Please let me know what you think of the light ect. Thank you very much for your time and thoughts. Link to comment

immortalised 0 Posted November 11, 2008 Thank you for your honest comments on my photo of Ci-Ci, it is these comments that help me improve as a photographer. I really like this image you have taken, kind of reminds me of the famous Afghan Girl. Well done. JB Link to comment
soniam 6 Posted November 12, 2008 Thank you Maurizio, John, Keith and John. It is always a wonder to see which photos draw people's attention. I think I like the blue the best too except I am disappointed in myself for having such a soft focus. I did not realize it until I was revviewing them later. Live and learn. Thank you all for taking the time to express your thoughts. Always glad to hear from you Link to comment

soniam 6 Posted November 13, 2008 Thanks Linda and Juan. Actually I was using a trippod but the light was not bright enough and I hate flashes. Being that the shutter stayed open too long, I think perhaps the movement was hers... Yup, I did the painting. And we had fun too. Eventually we moved outside to get stranger light, rather than window light. Those frames are much clearer. Link to comment
