A winner of the James Beard award for one of his books, the star of

his own television show and multiple specials, regular performer on

multiple other television series and frequent guest on major network

broadcasts, this guy at one time or another sat in a room with a big

box of salt cellars and a box of Sharpies. This is one of those salt

cellars.

I like it. It is simple, unique, interesting and it makes you think. In my country salt is considered crucial to enjoying life, salt being the most important spice in the kitchen.
