wood 1 Posted September 28, 2008 Nicely seen. My main problem with this photo is the "too centered" approach. I have been trying to overcome this tendency in my shooting as well. If you don't already know about this, check out the "Rule of Thirds". Such a technique would help this become an even more interesting photo. Keep in mind that such "rules" are frequently and successfully broken. Also, a tighter view on the flower and bug would eliminate some of the uninteresting background. Try cropping this a little and see what you think. My apologies if the above is something you already know. And I see from your bio page that you are relatively new to PN.
