Iceland must be an amazing place to visit. I have never been there but you photos are very inspirational and make me want to head over there right away!

I love the composition and square format; this really pulls the eye in and has a lot of pop. Very otherworldly. I also think that this has the tones to make a pretty good black and white image too. IMHO, I think the saturation of the sky is a little over the top, but that's just my taste. Nicely seen and captured, James. Cheers! Chris

Cheers for the comments all - Chris - you gotta see this place (and the colours it produces) to believe it - I didn't have to add any saturation here - Iceland did it all for me...!

I hear you, man. I didn't say you saturated it; I just said, that for my taste the saturation was a bit over the top. It is a helluva fine comp and exposure, my friend! Cheers! Chris

It's just too easy in Iceland so it seems! Fantastic photograph James, the colours are amazing and your composition works really, really well here. Great capture.

Extremely beautiful! Love the foreground creek to lead through the picture toward the mtns and that incredible sky... there are some strange mid-ground lines in the sand (just left of dead center) - not sure what they are. Not a big deal but they caught my attention. Incredible shot again!

Colors in the sky and this silver stream are fabulous.

Lovely colours and good balance - like the way slight green is retained in cliff really lifts the shot!
