laverephoto 0 Posted September 24, 2008 Lots of fun. I think the cartoonish appearance of the figures is really charming and original. This is more of an illustration than a photo, which is very unique and interesting. Link to comment

ruimarto 0 Posted June 24, 2010 Hi. Don't get me wrong but I don't agree with any of the above. The picture is small, but all the cutting and stuff seems to be nearly ok (plus a few details that don't matter at this point). The lighting however is just too blunt (with people underexposed, trying to mimic shadow?!). The grass could be greener and the sky is too grey-ish.However, the major problem is aesthetics. The overall effect looks tacky. It may look "fun" at first sight but it's definitely something I would never hang on my wall. It's just like those drawings kids do, that then get thrown away or end up on an office wall just because of sentimental value...I don't know if your a pro, family or just a friend that decided to make something cute to offer. If you're a friend or family, then sentimental value might just be enough. If you're a pro, then your work can't rely on sentimental value only. Future clients won't connect in the same way to the picture because it's not their wedding, so the picture has to be worth for other things like technical quality and aesthetics. Link to comment
