I, personally, feel that the top half is considerably too dark compared to the bottom (1.5-2 stops?). I simply can not get past this to appreciate the rest of the image.

 

Edit: 10:50 (GMT-5) September 23. It seems quite a bit less dark on the top this morning. Either you re-uploaded a newer version or my impressions changed with the time of day. Either way, this is much better. Maybe just a bit too dark still -- but, not so bad as before.

As the last commentator has indicated, it does look a little top heavy, but still a great image in my opinion, well done!

Wonderful colors and lighting.  I love the well lit foreground and the ominous, stormy skyline. The color of the lake is beautiful.  Nicely done.
