I like this folder - insightful. Might not be as 'aesthetic' as a sunset through an L-lense, but it's definitely more creative. Follow this path :)

Thank you for your encouraging comment, Dinu. I certainly will follow this path :-) I would like to point out, though, that, in my opinion, I have not at all compromised on aesthetics here.

 

It surely is right to emphasize the creativity in the way the picture was shot: in the night, on a beach; the motive an endless number of closed parasols (one might be able to imagine them) in the cone of a lonely spotlight; constantly and almost circularly turning the camera during exposure. No photoshop involved, of course. The outcome, I would say, however, is highly aesthetic as well.
