photis santamouris 23 Posted September 17, 2008 A comment from those who know my work and visit my page,is more than enough for me.Pursuing more 6s and 7ns from anonymous raters is a pointless exercise nowadays that PN has become a weapon of mass destruction. Link to comment
jhl 0 Posted September 17, 2008 Hallo PhoS, What can I say...? I myself have also experienced the same thing the past 3 weeks, it's as if there are new Unsavoury people on the site who does not submit photos and maybe have had some terrible experiences with not being able to photograph so they take their frustrations out on us here. My opinion on this photo....It's Brilliant & Congratulations Regards Johanna Link to comment
ndj 0 Posted September 17, 2008 Superb shot. Excellent; colors, detail, and composition, make this an outstanding shot. As for ratings I agree with you completely, and sympathize. All the best,Neil Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted September 18, 2008 Phooey on the ratings. I haven't bothered in months. It's a silly exercise that makes us all beg for applause and feel demoralized when it doesn't happen. It only means something if you care about it, and your photos don't need any anonymous applause. They are great whether they have 3's or 7's attached to them. I love the glow of the water. Liquid sunshine. Peace. Link to comment

Funtak 0 Posted September 18, 2008 I understand your justfull anger; I feel the same way. IF the 3/3 someone rate my photo can make him/her survive one more day, I can live live with that. Oh baby, baby it's a hard world...PhoS, you are to big to worry about this....P.S. Fine shot man. Link to comment
ffrank 0 Posted September 19, 2008 I always enjoy looking at your photos no matter where they are or what number someone decides to tag them with. I understand your frustrations though. I'll never understand the 3/3 ers. Keep posting. Fred Link to comment
chris_panagiotidis 0 Posted September 19, 2008 Couldn't be said any better! These mossy rocks, through their stillness, give this ilk of raters their appropriate answer. Very moody shot, which I particularly like-as subject and as a photograph itself. A similar subject had caught my attention too(http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=6842080).
